Houston, TX
Full Time
Manager/Supervisor

NOW HIRING: Director of Sales

Alloy Personal Training | Houston / West University
$100,000+ Potential | Ownership Path for the Right Person

We’re looking for a proven sales leader who wants more than a job.
This is a Director-level role inside a boutique, high-end personal training studio with a premium product, strong brand, and real momentum. If you know how to sell with integrity, build relationships, and take responsibility for outcomes, keep reading.

THE ROLE

This is not entry-level.
It’s for someone who can
drive revenue, protect retention, and help grow a business.

You’ll lead membership growth, own the client experience, and help build a studio that operates at a high level every day. Ownership conversations exist for top performers—earned through results, not promised up front.
You control your income.
We provide the platform.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance commissions and bonuses
  • $100,000+ is realistic for the right producer
  • Income tied to sales, retention, and studio performance
This role rewards people who produce—consistently.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

  • High-end small group training (not a big-box gym)
  • Paid marketing and inbound leads
  • Premium clientele
  • Direct access to ownership and decision-making
  • Professional, accountable, results-driven culture
You won’t be micromanaged—but you will be expected to perform.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven in high-ticket or relationship-based sales
  • Confident selling premium services
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and accountable
  • Positive, emotionally intelligent, and mature
  • Interested in becoming an operator—not just closing deals
If you need hand-holding or motivation, this won’t be your place.

RESPONSIBILITIES (HIGH LEVEL)

  • Grow and retain membership toward a target of 150
  • Lead consultations, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Engage the community and build local relationships
  • Support hiring, training, and team accountability
  • Monitor performance metrics and studio operations
  • Communicate clearly with ownership

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of management and high-ticket sales experience
  • High-end fitness sales strongly preferred
  • Training certification or Exercise Science degree a plus
  • Leadership experience with small teams
  • Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)
  • Reliable transportation

BENEFITS

  • Paid time off
  • Health, dental, vision access
  • Free Alloy membership and workouts
  • Retail and supplement discounts
  • Flexible schedule
  • Positive, professional environment
You’ll thrive here if you value culture and performance.

FINAL NOTE

We take our work seriously—but not ourselves.
If you enjoy building something meaningful, helping people improve their lives, and being rewarded for results, let’s talk.
If not, this probably isn’t your spot—and that’s okay.

Apply now. Interviews happening this week.
